PRODUCT FOCUS: BODYLINE® Anti-Static Wipes

The Bodyline Anti-Static Wipes are an innovative product that have been designed to remove the static charge that is often found on plastic components. Static charge increases dirt inclusions on paint finishes by attracting dust particles in the air to the surface.

The Anti-Static Wipe, impregnated with a special blend of chemicals, removes the static charge prior to the paint application. This should be the last operation before the application of any paint material. The Bodyline Anti-Static Wipe will be most effective in minimising dust and dirt inclusions if it is used in the spraybooth, when the component to be painted will not be moved again.
